Registering with a handful of these alongside dockwalking is the standard one-two for finding your first yacht job. Three to five is plenty, more than that just becomes hard to keep updated. Each of these was live and genuinely placing crew at the time of checking.

Hill Robinson Recruitment was previously known as HR Crew, and Quay Crew now sits under the wider Quay Group site, both are the same agencies under a current name and link. A couple of names from older agency lists, Riviera Crew, Blackspot Crew and Crew Recruit among them, no longer resolve to a working agency site, so they've been left off rather than published as dead links.
No agency on this list should ever ask you to pay to register. They're paid by the yacht that hires through them, never by you. If anyone asks you for money upfront, treat it as a red flag and see our guide on yacht crew job scams and red flags.
Registering well
Having the list is the easy part. Turning up organised, with a clean CV and your certificates ready in one folder, is what actually gets you remembered. Our guide on how to register with yacht crew agencies covers the process step by step, and pairs well with dockwalking in Antibes and Palma so you're working both channels at once.
Register with everything ready to go.
Agencies ask for your CV and certificates as one tidy folder. YachtSync keeps your STCW, ENG1 and the rest on your phone and exports them as a clean PDF you can email in seconds. Free for crew.

Frequently asked questions
How current is this list of yacht crew agencies?
Every agency above was checked live in July 2026, not copied from an old directory. Agencies do close, merge and rebrand, so if a link here ever stops working, that agency has likely changed since our last check.
Should I pay any of these agencies to register?
No. Every agency here is paid by the yacht that hires through them, not by crew. If anyone asks you for money to join their books or guarantee a placement, that is not how a legitimate agency operates.
How many agencies should I register with from this list?
Three to five is a sensible spread, since each works with a different set of yachts and management companies. Registering with every agency here isn't necessary and makes your availability harder to keep updated everywhere.
