Hill Robinson Recruitment, formerly HR Crew, is the recruitment arm of the Hill Robinson yacht management group. It describes itself as the experienced, go-to team for recruiting and placing crew onboard yachts worldwide, and works from seven offices including Monaco, Antibes, Palma, Fort Lauderdale, La Spezia, London and Cyprus.

Alongside yacht crew, it recruits for private estates and corporate roles. Candidates register and apply through its EVO Portal. For newer crew the site carries useful career guidance, with starting-your-career guides, CV preparation, qualifications and training information and a yachting hub. MLC compliance is referenced across its policies.

One honest note. Because it sits inside a large management group its focus spans more than pure recruitment, and the public pages set out no explicit free-to-crew statement, so check terms when you sign up.
