About Quay Crew
Quay Crew is the superyacht recruitment division of Quay Group, founded in 2013 and based in the UK. Its own site reports placing over 2,000 crew at all levels on more than 350 superyachts, and states that every consultant has former crew experience. It recruits across bridge, engineering, deck, galley and interior, plus specialist roles, for both private and charter yachts.
For green crew the resources stand out. There is an active blog, updated to July 2026, alongside guides on writing a CV, interview preparation, visas and vaccinations, packing lists and course recommendations. One blog even advises registering with several agencies to improve your chances, which is candid and practical. You register through the Quay Group jobs board.
One caveat. The public pages carry no explicit free-to-crew statement, so confirm terms at sign-up.
