Saltwater Recruitment is a boutique superyacht crew agency operating across the UK and New Zealand, recruiting globally with a deliberately personal service. It was founded by Monique Dykstra, who spent years in the industry as a chief stewardess before setting it up, so the agency comes from a genuine crew background.

It places across the ranks, from deckhands and stewardesses to senior and officer roles such as captain, chief engineer, chief officer and head of department, on both private and charter yachts.
