Bluewater has operated since 1991 and began as a crew agency in Antibes. It is now one of the largest recruitment names in yachting, working from Antibes and Palma, and covers crew placement alongside yacht management, charter and sales.
Its distinguishing feature is training. Bluewater is MCA and RYA approved and runs its own courses, MCA in both Antibes and Palma and RYA in Antibes, so you can gain certificates and register for work in the same place.
