About Crew Network
The Crew Network is the recruitment arm connected to Fraser Yachts, one of the longest established yacht brokerage houses. Its Antibes office was co-founded in 1999, and it now operates from Fort Lauderdale, Antibes, Viareggio and Palma. It places crew across all departments, from deckhands to Master Mariners, on yachts from 24 metres to over 200 metres.
The scale is real. The agency reports recruiting for more than 2,100 positions a year and describes itself as fully MLC compliant. For crew, applying is free of charge, done by creating a profile on its SuperyachtCrew.io platform and applying to live vacancies directly.
