About The Crew Hunter
The Crew Hunter is the recruitment side of Yacht Crew Recruitment and Training, which now runs everything under one site at yachtcrew.uk. The group pairs recruitment with its own training academy and the kelp learning platform, describing a 360-degree crew lifecycle from first course to placement and beyond. Its about page cites over 15 years in the industry.
It works from two offices, Lewes in the UK and Palma at the STP shipyard, and covers both crew placement and land-based household roles. Candidates register by submitting a CV. MLC compliance is offered as part of the service.
One honest note. The group recently consolidated several brands under one name, so it can take a moment to work out which arm does recruitment and which does training when you first land on the site.
