The school holds accreditations from the MCA, RYA and the Marshall Islands maritime authority, enabling it to deliver the full suite of STCW Basic Safety Training modules alongside internationally recognised flag-state certificates.
The training offer covers everything from the mandatory STCW package required to work aboard commercial yachts, through to RYA Powerboat and Personal Watercraft courses, online shorebased theory, and Yachtmaster Offshore preparation and exam. Zephyr Yachting also runs dedicated entry-level packages designed for crew who are new to the industry — bundling STCW with additional recommended qualifications for deck, interior, galley and engineering roles.
Located in Antibes — the heart of the superyacht industry on the Côte d'Azur — the school is well placed to serve crew arriving for the season as well as those seeking to progress their certificates year-round. Operated by SNCF / TER with regular services east to Nice (approx. 25–30 min) and west to Cannes (approx. 15 min). Paid EFFIA car park directly at the station (Place Pierre Semard), open 05:00–01:00 daily.
Port Vauban / Golfe-Juan (approx. 5 km from Antibes centre). Riviera Lines and seasonal operators run services from Golfe-Juan to the Lérins Islands (Île Sainte-Marguerite), journey approx. 25 min, every 4 hours. No major inter-city coastal passenger ferry serves Antibes directly as a commuter route.
Antibes is on the A8 autoroute (La Provençale); exit at Antibes (junction 44). From Nice allow approx. 30 min; from Cannes approx. 20 min. The A8 is a toll road. Paid parking is available at the EFFIA car park at the train station (Place Pierre Semard) and several municipal car parks in the Old Town area. Street parking is limited in high season.
