How to use this page
Read the example below. Every teal item in square brackets is a placeholder. Nothing on it belongs to a real person or a real boat.
Copy the plain text structure further down into a Word or Google document on your phone or laptop, then replace every placeholder with your own details.
Export it as a PDF named Surname_FirstName_CV_2026.pdf and keep it to one page. If you want the reasoning behind each section, the full yacht CV guide covers it.
One honest rule before you start. Everything you put on this CV must be true and checkable. No invented boats, no padded dates, no expired certificates listed as current. Yachting is a small industry and people phone your references.
