About IYC Crew
IYC Crew is the crew placement side of the IYC yachting brand. Checked live in July 2026, it presents as a global search-and-selection service placing deck, interior, engineering, galley and senior officer roles across private and charter yachts. It states plainly that it does not charge seafarers, directly or indirectly, for recruitment services, and describes itself as MLC 2006 compliant.
Registering is straightforward. You submit your CV online, speak with a consultant, and are matched to roles as they come in. The site also carries useful groundwork for newcomers, including interview preparation, grooming standards and a clear grievance procedure.
One honest note. On the July 2026 visit the public job board showed no live vacancies. That does not mean the agency is inactive, since much yacht recruitment happens privately through consultants, but if you want to see open roles before you register you may find the board quiet. Treat it as a consultant-led agency rather than a job feed.
