About Crewfolio
Crewfolio is a boutique Edinburgh agency, founded in 2022 by Jessie Frost, a former chief stewardess with more than a decade at sea on vessels from 25 to 100 metres. Checked live in July 2026, it places both yacht crew, from captains and engineers through to deckhands, stewardesses and pursers, and land-based private staff such as household managers, butlers, nannies and chauffeurs for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Registration runs through an external Tracker-RMS candidate portal rather than a form on the main site. You build a profile there and the team matches you to seasonal, permanent or temporary work. The founder's own interior background, and her public advocacy on crew welfare, are the honest draw here.
One caveat: it is young and deliberately small, so expect a curated relationship rather than a large board of live vacancies. Placement fees fall to the employer, not to you.
