About Dr Bruno Lavagne — ENG1 Antibes

Dr Bruno Lavagne is an MCA Approved Doctor based in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes, on the French Riviera. His practice specialises in ENG1 seafarer medical examinations — the certificate required by the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) for commercial crew working on coded vessels.

The surgery operates on weekdays throughout the year and may open on Saturdays during busy yachting season periods. With Antibes one of the world’s leading superyacht hubs — home to Port Vauban, the largest yacht harbour in Europe — Dr Lavagne’s practice is well placed to serve crew joining or rotating off vessels in the area. The ENG1 fee is €170.

Appointments can be booked by phone or via the online booking platform at the practice website. Crew are advised to book ahead during peak season (May–October) when demand is highest.
