Course Overview

MARINS-399 is the comprehensive 35-hour Radar Observer (Unlimited) course. Meets full USCG and STCW A-II/1 requirements for unlimited navigational watch on all vessel types.

Prerequisites

Valid USCG Officer license (OOW or higher)
Bridge watch competency (sea service or training)
Medical examination (USCG approval)
English proficiency
